White bao bread with low temperature cooked tenderloin and pickled onion, black bao bread with fried squid and lime mayonnaise

RAINBOW URAMAKI

Rice and nori seaweed roll filled with cream cheese, avocado and cucumber, finished with salmon, sea bass and bluefin tuna slices

VEGETABLE TEMPURA

Seasonal vegetable sticks dipped in crispy tempura, served with kimche and sesame sauce

CURRY PANANG

Marinated chicken thighs, sautéed vegetables, roasted cashew nuts, basmati rice and curry panang sauce

LEMON MATCHA SORBET

Lemon slush infused with matcha tea

Baked and served with lotus biscuits and dulce de leche custard
