1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PRIZE DRAW <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The company Colinas Green Golf S.L. (hereinafter, “the brand”) with registered address at C\/ Luchana 23; 28010 – Madrid; is\u00a0organising\u00a0a prize draw (hereinafter, “the Prize Draw”) which will take place online, on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The purpose of this prize draw is to\u00a0publicise\u00a0the new Facebook profile, to obtain new followers on this profile, to reward the loyalty of the brand’s followers on Instagram, and to obtain, through their networks, conversions of new followers on both networks.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.-START DATE AND END DATE\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The draw\u00a0<\/span>will start on<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>23rd<\/sup> July 2021<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>will end on<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>16th<\/sup> August 2021<\/span><\/b>\u00a0at 23:59h.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The participation requirements will be as follows:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– Only those who are holders of an Instagram and\/or Facebook account will be eligible to participate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– Participants must, during the participation period indicated above, follow the @umawa_bylascolinas account on Facebook or Instagram, and mention two people.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– Participants may only participate with a single Instagram or Facebook profile. If a Participant is found to be participating with multiple profiles on the same social network, they will be disqualified.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– Even if Participants write several comments on the same post, they will only be entered into the random draw with a single entry.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– The application will accumulate mentions of the same participant, even if they are in different comments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW AND PRIZES\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The winner will be chosen randomly by means of the Sortea2 platform. The winner will be announced\u00a0<\/span>on 19th<\/sup> August<\/span><\/b>\u00a0on the brand’s Facebook and Instagram profiles, together with the certificate of validity of the draw.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The prize will consist of a tasting dinner for two people (drinks not included).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered, or transferred to another person.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Once the winner has been notified, he\/she has until 30th September to claim and fulfil the prize, subject to availability. The prize may be fulfilled subject to availability at UMAWA Restaurant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If the prize cannot be fulfilled within this period, the prize will be declared null and void.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If it becomes evident that any of the Participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, or the details provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded as a result of the draw.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to\u00a0honour, personal and family privacy and the right to one’s own image will not be allowed.\u00a0 We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

7.-LIABILITY DISCLAIMER\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By way of example, but without limitation, we do not accept responsibility for any possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor do we accept responsibility for the use made by the Participant with regard to the prize obtained from this Promotion.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the draw from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a file, owned by the company, for the purpose of managing the prize draw, as well as disseminating and\u00a0publicising\u00a0its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, oblivion and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail attaching a copy of an identification document. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, insofar as this does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
